1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a shipment or using our logistics portal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance services provided.

2. Scope of Services

LITCO Logistics provides freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Land), warehousing, distribution, and customs brokerage.

We act as an agent or a principal carrier depending on the specific service agreement issued.

4. Quotes and Bookings

Quotations are based on weight, volume, and current carrier surcharges (e.g., fuel, peak season).

Final charges are subject to actual weight and dimensions verified at our facility.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless specified otherwise due to market volatility.

5. Payments and Liens

All invoices must be paid according to the agreed credit terms.

LITCO Logistics shall have a general lien on any and all property (and documents relating thereto) within its care, custody, or control for all claims for charges, expenses, or advances incurred by LITCO Logistics in connection with any shipments of the Customer.

6. Customer Warranties

The Customer warrants that all goods are properly packed, labeled, and compliant with international shipping regulations.

The Customer must declare any hazardous or 'Dangerous Goods' prior to booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

LITCO Logistics' liability is limited to standard international conventions (e.g., Warsaw/Montreal for Air, Hague-Visby for Sea).

We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, strikes, or weather.

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase 'All-Risk' Cargo Insurance.

12. Claims & Cancellations

Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations of booked shipments may incur 'dead freight' charges if the space was already reserved with the carrier.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dammam/Al Khobar.
